Whenever you desire to have time for yourself, to be still, to be in nature, to have time for reflection, to reset your mind, to meditate or to practice yoga, you have arrived at the right place. We'd like to welcome you to our wonderful place on Sardinia, Italy, where we offer a diversity of retreats. Sardinia is a beautiful island in the Mediterranean sea, identified as one of the 5 blue zones in the world.
RETREATS
We offer the opportunity to have your own individual retreat or to join a group retreat. An individual retreat gives you all the space for your self to explore or to experience what you want to experience in a free format way. Group retreats are having a theme and are a more structured way to create your experience together with others.
If you have a group yourself, then we can offer you the facilities so you can organise your own group retreat.
ACCOMMODATION
In our retreat village you are completely surrounded by nature. Our accommodation is located in a forest in between the mountains 3 km away from a tarmac road. In the valley flows a river which ends in a lake nearby. The rooms are spacious (30m2), all with own bathroom and with spectacular views. The buildings are constructed as little houses around a square, which creates a cosy atmosphere.
